A mentoring program that allows in-house lawyers to support each other’s career progress is coming to the U.S. from London, where it’s had success at major companies such as Vodafone.
The Association of Corporate Counsel, the global bar association for in-house attorneys, this week partnered on a pilot program in the Northeastern U.S. called Mentoring Opportunities Shared Among In-house Counsel, or MOSAIC. The program matches mentors, who are lawyers with experience as legal officers, with less experienced counterparts across companies and regions.
